| 摘 要： | 利用宏观断口观察、化学成分检验、力学性能对比、金相组织检验、晶普度和夹杂物评级及低倍检查等手段，对生产中非正常报废齿轮轴进行全面的分析，结合受力状态分析，计算强度及安全评价找出了齿轮轴断裂的主要提出了改进措施。

| Abstract: | The scientific analysis of the gear shaft fractured accidentally in the production is done using different measures such as macrofracture analysis,chemical composition test, mechanical property comparison, metallographic structure test, crystal grain size and inclusion grading as well as macroscopic test. The principal cause of the fracture of the gear shaft is found out through stressed state analysis and calculated strength and safety evaluation,and the improving measures are put forward. |
