新型絮凝剂聚硅硫酸铝的合成及其絮凝性能研究

摘    要:以硫酸铝、偏铝酸钠和硅酸钠为原料制备了新型絮凝型--聚硅硫酸铝(PASS)。通过絮凝实验讨论了PASS的投加量、铝硅比、原水温度及pH值对絮凝效果的影响。实验结果表明,PASS具有投加量小,适应的原水pH值及水温范围宽,形成絮体速度快,絮体粗大。与硫酸铝及聚合硫酸铝相比,PASS具有更优越的絮凝除浊性能。

Abstract:A new type flocculant of polymeric silicate-aluminum sulfate (PASS) was synthesized with Al 2(SO 4) 3,Na 2SiO 3 and NaAlO 2.The effect of the dose,the molar ratio of Al/Si,pH and temperature of the water sample were discussed.The result of experiments indicated that PASS had the characters of less dose,wide pH range,wide temperature range,fast depositing,thick flocculate.Compared with Al 2(SO 4) 3 and polymeric aluminum sulfate (PAS),PASS was in advantageous position of the removing turbidity.
