摘    要:电厂自动发电控制(AGC)控制精度及负荷曲线执行准确度是影响电网频率及控制性能标准(CPS)考核成绩的重要因素。提出一种新型的直调电厂机组绩效评价体系,利用自动化的数据采集模块对中调直调电厂机组的运行情况进行科学的统计,并通过内部协调控制模式实现对机组AGC及负荷曲线执行情况的跟踪评价分析,从而实现对电厂的有效管理。基于此,结合广东电网的实际情况,提出了适用于广东电网采用的直调电厂机组绩效考评模式,实际应用证实了该模式的可行性。

Abstract:The precision of automatic generation control (AGC) and load curve implementation is an important factor affecting power network frequency and evaluation of control performance standard (CPS). A new performance evaluation method for generators in directly dispatched power plant is proposed, in which the automatic data acquisition model is used to scientifically analyze the operation of the generators and the interior coordinated control model is adopted to realize the tracking and evaluation of AGC and implementation of load curves, thus realizing the effective management to the power plants. Combining the real conditions of Guangdong power grid, a performance evaluation method for generators in directly dispatched power plant and suitable to Guangdong power grid is put forward with its feasibility verified by practical application results.
