宝钢2050mm加热炉板坯炉前定位控制策略

摘    要:宝钢2050mm加热炉区域中,板坯在炉内的横向位置要符合工艺的布料原则,板坯炉前定位直接决定板坯在炉内的横向位置,所以板坯炉前定位的准确性、可靠性对于整个加热炉区域极为重要。对于板坯炉前定位控制策略中的重要组成部分进行了说明,包含控制数据的传递,以及结合硬件的控制实现。实践证明,依据该控制策略实现的炉前板坯定位可靠性高,精度满足工艺要求。

Abstract:In the area of Baosteel 2050mm heat furnace, the transverse position of slabs in a heat furnace should satisfy the distribution requirements, while the transverse position of slabs in the heat furnace is directly determined by the slab positioning in front of the heat furnace. Therefore, the accuracy and reliability of the slab positioning in front of the heat furnace is of great importance. In this paper, some important parts of the slab positioning control strategy, including the control data transfer and the implementation of the control based on the hardware are introduced. The result indicates that the slab positioning based on this control strategy enjoys high reliability, and its accuracy can meet the technological requirements.
