摘    要:采用改进的固相反应合成法,以碳酸钾和草酸铌为原料,少量水为溶剂,充分研磨干燥后得到 KNbO<,3>前驱体,再将前驱体分别于475,600和800℃焙烧3h后得到KNbO<,3>粉体,研究了所制KNbO<,3>粉体的性能.结果表明:该制备方法简单快捷,碳酸钾和草酸铌在研磨过程中发生了离子交换反应.所得KNbO<,3>均...

Abstract:Through improved solids phase method.KNbO3 precursor was obtained by grinding the mixture of potassium carbonate and niobium oxalate in small amount of water and then drying.KNbO3 powders were obtained by heating prepared precursor at 475,600 and 800 ℃ for 3 h,respectively.The properties of prepared KNbO3 powders were studied.The results show that the preparation method is simple and effective.Meanwhile,an ion exchange reaction occurs between potassium carbonate and niobium oxalate during the grinding process.The KNbO3 crystals are single-phase and the crystals are 200~400 nm in length and about 50 nm in width when the calcination temperature is 475 ℃(usually above 800 ℃).
