摘    要:讨论了制造薄膜开关的材料性能与网印工艺条件,通过金相显微镜观察并分析了印刷层的厚度与均匀性关系,研究了薄膜开关导电银浆线路的电阻性能。选择恰当的印刷工艺参数,如括板压力0.3~0.4MPa、移动速度0.2~0.3m/s等,制造出厚度均匀、与电阻匹配的薄膜开关,其导电银浆各处线路的参数均匀,方阻为28.01mμ/□,厚度为4.33μm,锯齿边缘的平均深度约为23.53μm,且外观无明显色差,实现了薄膜开关的低成本与高可靠快速制造。
