新型铝电解电容器PenCap的研制

摘    要:根据LED电视对滤波铝电解电容器性能的要求,通过研制直链/支链二羧酸盐体系工作电解液,配合材料的选用与关键生产工艺的开发,研制了具有细长型结构的新型铝电解电容器PenCap.结果表明:所制PenCap耐高纹波电流,105℃寿命试验达到8000h.

Abstract:According to the requirement of LED television for the characteristics of filter aluminum electrolytic capacitors,a new type aluminum electrolytic capacitor-PenCap with a slender structure was developed through the development of straight chain / branched-chain dicarboxylic acid salt system,the selection of materials and the development of key production techniques.The results indicate that prepared PenCap can resistant to high ripple current and its life test last 8 000 h at 105 ℃.
