Abstract:Based on LTCC technology,a new kind of 3D Wilkinson power divider was designed for microwave modules.The operating frequency range,insert loss(IL),isolation and voltage standing wave ration(VSWR) of the power divider were designed to be 2.2-2.7 GHz,below 0.5 dB,above 20 dB and below 1.3,respectively.A model was built for the power divider using the HFSS software and the properties of the power divider were simulated.The simulation results show that,within the operating frequency range,the IL,isolation and VSWR of the power divider are below 0.30 dB,above 20 dB and below 1.25,respectively.This indicates that the performance of the power divider fulfill the design requirements.
