Abstract:This paper discusses the improvement of accuracy and efficiency of quality analysis and quality control on near zero-nonconformity process,puts forward that quality analysis on near zero-nonconformity process should first choose an appropriate aσ according to product quality demand and process capacity demand,and the QA should be suited for the degree of near zero-nonconformity process control,then complete QA and QC on this process through traditional statistical process control(SPC) so that make the process in controlled or well controlled condition,meanwhile take fraction defective under this condition as a reference to help fulfill QA and QC on near zero-nonconformity process and eventually improve QA and QC during the whole manufacturing process.
