Abstract:K0.5Na0.5NbO3-xNd2O3 lead-free piezoelectric ceramics(abbreviated as KNN-xNd) were prepared by traditional solid state reaction method.The phase structure,microstructure,piezoelectric properties were studied for KNN-xNd samples with different Nd2O3 content(x=0,0.05,0.15,0.25,0.35,0.50,0.60,1.00).The results show that the A-site substitution of Nd3+ does not change the crystal structure within the studied doping level and all the ceramics possess a single-phase perovskite structure with orthorhombic symmetry...
