超临界机组启动过程的节能技术分析

摘    要:无电泵及炉水循环泵的超临界机组在启动过程中会遇到汽机冲车时主蒸汽温度超温及启动时间长的问题.为此,增加了从启动疏水泵至除氧器的一条管路,并修改了部分参数,从而使该问题得到彻底解决.另外,分析计算了超临界机组通过疏水扩容器排放到大气中的二次蒸汽流量,指出将该蒸汽回收后会给电厂带来一系列的好处.

Abstract:The supercritical power system which has no electric pump and boiler water circulating pump comes across the questions of over-temperature and overtime when the turbine starts up in the start-up phase.So we increase a pipe that links the start drain pump and the deaerator and modify some parameters.Finally we resolve these questions.Otherwise, in this paper we have calculated the secondary steam flow rate that comes from the drain pressure-relieving vessel.If the secondary steam has been reclaimed,a series ...
