爪极电机的三维有限元建模与仿真

摘    要:针对爪极发电机复杂的内部磁场计算问题,该文利用Ansoft软件的Rmxprt模块生成某电励磁爪极发电机的三维有限元模型,并在Maxwell 3D中对模型进行了优化,结合电机绕组的电路模型,构建了电机三维瞬态仿真模型。在此基础上,对发电机的空载输出电压进行了仿真,仿真波形与实测空载电压波形符合较好,验证了模型的正确性。最后,利用Ansoft后处理功能,分析了电机气隙磁场分布特性。

Abstract:Aiming at the complicated calculation for inside magnetic field of claw pole generator,a three dimensional(3D) finite element model of a conventional claw pole generator was presented using Rmxprt of Ansoft.Optimized using Maxwell 3D,the 3D transient simulation model was constructed by integrating the 3D finite element model and the windings circuit model.Then the no load output voltage of the motor was simulated and the simulated voltage agree well with the experimental results,which demonstrates the accuracy of the model.Moreover,the transient distribution performance of the air gap flux was analyzed using the postprocessing function of Ansoft,which can provide foundation for the electromagnetic characteristic research of claw pole generator.
