火花源原子发射光谱测定核电用不锈钢中硼元素

摘    要:研究了火花源原子发射光谱法测定核电用不锈钢中硼元素的分析方法。讨论了硼元素的谱线和不同形态硼对硼含量测定结果的影响。延长了硼元素的校准曲线,并采用干扰系数法消除了Cr、Ni引起的谱线重叠干扰。结果表明,采用谱线B 182.64 nm进行硼元素测定,其分析上限可以达到1.6%。该方法用于核电用不锈钢标准样品和实际样品中硼元素的测定,所得结果与认定值或湿法分析结果相一致,相对标准偏差(RSD, n=7)小于3%。

Abstract:A method for determination of boron by spark source atomic emission spectrometry in stainless steel for nuclear power was introduced in this paper.The influences of spectral lines and structural form of boron on the determination were discussed.The calibration curve was prolonged and the spectral overlapping interference caused by chromium and nickel was eliminated by interference coefficient method.It was found that the upper limit of determination was 1.6 % for boron as B 182.64 nm was used as the analytical line.The proposed method was applied to the determination of certified reference material and actual sample of stainless steel for nuclear power,and the results were consistent with the certified values or those obtained by wet analysis method,the relative standard deviation(RSD,n=7) was smaller than 3%.
