摘    要:针对目前石化企业催化裂化装置余热锅炉运行过程中存在的尾部受热面腐蚀泄漏、受热面积灰、炉膛压力偏高、过热器过热能力不足等问题进行了探讨和分析,并指出了优化和改进的实施方案。

Abstract:With an eye on the serious problems such as corrosion of the economizers,ash accumulation of heat surface,on the high side pressure of furnace,inefficiency of superheater exist in the waste heat boiler of catalytic cracking units,an optimum reconstructive method is put forward,which is helpful for solving the problems.
