数控直线电机进给定位误差补偿技术研究

摘    要:介绍了应用双频激光干涉仪测试数控直线电机进给的定位误差方法,并利用最小二乘法分别建立定位误差的线性模型、分段线性模型、样条拟合模型,并对数控直线电机进给的定位误差进行补偿。研究结果表明,采用软件补偿的方法可以较大地提高直线电机进给的定位精度。

Abstract:It is presented that the position errors of linear motor drive were measured by twice frequency laser interference principle. Using the linear fitting by least square method, the compensated model of linear expression, segmentation linear expression and spline fit were established, and the position error was compensated. The results show that it can considerably improve the linear motor position accuracy by software compensation.
