我国高炉喷煤工艺技术的优化

摘    要:近10年来,我国高炉喷煤技术取得了长足的进步。以直接喷煤,一次布袋收粉,总管加分配器为主要特征的喷煤短流程,浓相喷吹技术,中速磨制粉,烟煤喷吹,喷吹计算机自动控制以及高风温低富氧大喷煤量等,已成为我国高炉喷煤技术的发展方向。

Abstract:In recent decade, China has made great progresses in BF PCI technology. The several technologies, such as short injection process characterized by direct injection, once bay collection and main pipe+distributor, dense injection technique, medium speed mill, bituminous injection, computer control system, as well as high blast temperature, low oxygen enrichment and high PCI rate technique become directions for PCI technology development.
