| 摘 要： | 开封化肥厂是1958年建设的老厂,两套硫酸装置的设计能力为220kt/a。其中160kt/a硫酸生产系统是国内最早实现完全国产化至今仍在正常运行的大型硫酸装置,由南化集团设计院和开封化肥厂设计,1988年6月投产,生产能力现已达到200kt/a。这个系统的一洗塔原是直径5m、高12.5m的空塔,塔体由钢壳衬铅板再砌瓷砖组成。1989年初
