| 摘 要： | 美国东部时间2006年7月3日,美国国际贸易委员会(ITC)就一起“337调查”作出初裁,中国地板公司出口到美国的强化木地板使用“第七号锁扣绕道设计”生产的产品可以进入美国市场。这是中国企业第一次赢得“337调查”的胜利,被业界誉为首次打破世界上最坚硬的贸易壁垒。
