井下防爆电控柴油机设计分析

摘    要:实现井下作业柴油机的优化升级,对于提升矿井作业有效性意义重大。以此为着手点,针对矿井以往机械式防爆柴油机使用中存在的动力不足和废气排放多等不足,开展了防爆电控柴油机的设计分析,从电气系统、电源系统、燃油喷射系统、故障诊断系统多个方面对防爆电控柴油机进行了全面的分析,希望能够为其他矿井引进和应用此类设备提供借鉴和参考。

Design and Analysis of Underground Explosion-proof Electric Control Diesel Engine

Abstract:It is of great significance to realize the optimization and upgrading of diesel engine for underground operation.Taking this as a starting point,in view of the shortage of lack of power and exhaust emissions in the use of mechanical explosion-proof diesel engine in the past,this paper carried out the design and analysis of the explosion-proof electronic control diesel engine,and comprehensively analyzed the explosion-proof electronic control diesel engine from the aspects of electrical system,power system,fuel injection system,fault diagnosis system,hoping to be able to provide reference for other mines to introduce and apply such equipment.
