薄煤层可视远控自动化综采技术的实践

摘    要:为提高候村煤矿煤炭资源的回收率,以该矿94702工作面为研究对象,进行了薄煤层可视远控自动化综采技术的实践研究。分析了综采设备选型及三机配套,研究了可视远控自动化综采控制系统选型及设计。94702工作面工业性试验结果理想,取得了较好的经济效益和社会效益。

Abstract:In order to improve the recovery rate of coal resources in Houcun Coal Mine,this paper took 94702 working face of the mine as the research object,and studied the practice of visual remote control and automatic fully mechanized mining tech-nology in thin coal seam.It analyzed the selection of fully mechanized mining equipment and the matching of three machines,and studied the selection and design of visual remote control and automatic fully mechanized mining control system.The industrial test results of 94702 working face were ideal,and good economic and social benefits were obtained.
