试析PLC控制技术在煤矿通风机振动故障中的应用

摘    要:煤炭是中国工业体系至关重要的组成部分,煤矿通风机是煤矿开采以及其他工作中必不可少的设备。煤矿通风机的故障直接影响着煤矿安全,如果通风机故障处理不及时,极有可能引发严重的安全事故。基于此,对煤矿通风机振动故障的原因进行分析,并运用相关技术减少煤矿通风机的振动故障,提高煤矿生产的安全性。

Application Effect of PLC Control Technology on Vibration Failure of Coal Mine Ventilator

Abstract:Coal is an important part of China's industrial system,and coal mine ventilator is an indispensable equipment in coal mining and other work.The failure of coal mine ventilator directly affects the safety of coal mine.If the failure of ventilator is not handled in time,it is likely to cause serious safety accidents.Based on this,this paper analyzed the causes of vibration failure of coal mine ventilator,and used related technologies to reduce the vibration failure of coal mine ventilator,so as to improve the safety of coal mine production.
