柔模浇筑技术在斜巷掘进中的应用

摘    要:施工过程中1101运料斜巷与1101运输顺槽之间三角煤柱预留难度大,带来顶板空顶处支护难度大等技术难题。五里堠煤矿生产技术部通过技术研究,决定在1101运料斜巷与1101运输顺槽间应用柔模浇筑技术。通过实际应用,该技术防止了三角煤柱垮落现象,提高了顶板稳定性,取得了显著的应用成效。

Abstract:In view of the technical problems such as the difficulty in reserving the triangular coal pillars between the 1101 transport inclined roadway and the 1101 transport chute during the construction process,and the difficulty in supporting the roof top,Production Technology Department of Wulihou Coal Mine decided to apply the soft mold pouring technology between the 1101 transport inclined roadway and 1101 transport chute through the technical research.Through practical application,the technology can prevent the collapse of triangular coal pillars,improve the stability of roof,and achieve remarkable application results.
