基于模糊Petri网的无线顺序控制系统的故障诊断

摘    要:通过分析基于无线传感器网络的顺序控制系统,给出它的故障传播规则。针对模糊Petri网在故障诊断中的置信度模糊推理算法的不足,进行了添加阈值判断的改进。运用改进后的模糊Petri网推理算法对无线顺序控制系统进行故障诊断,计算控制器故障发生的概率,得出其中控制逻辑重新发送概率最大,理论结果与现场实际测试结果基本一致。

Abstract:In order to diagnose faults in the wireless sequence control system which is based on the wireless sensor network and the traditional sequence control, the system structure is analyzed and its faults transmission rules are proposed. A fuzzy reasoning mechanism with an improvement of adding threshold judgment is proposed to make up the weakness of the confidence degree method of fuzzy Petri net in faults diagnosis. The improved fuzzy petri net diagnosis method is applied on the wireless sequence control system to diagnose the controller’s fault occurrence probability. It is concluded that the control logic has the largest fault occurrence probability, which is in line with the field test result.Key words:
