| 摘 要： | 提出了一种基于上下文的交通事件表达与识别方法。首先,利用视频检测与跟踪算法提取前景运动目标及其参数;然后按照交通事件发生的具体环境将上下文分为空间上下文、时间上下文以及对象上下文;在此基础上,结合运动目标的特征属性与上下文相关信息,提出事件单元的概念,并根据事件单元发生的时序将事件表达为基本事件和复杂事件,最后给出了事件的识别方法。通过对实际交通视频监控图像进行验证分析可知,本文方法能够有效自动识别交通事件,为智能化交通管理控制提供技术支持。
