流化催化裂化装置动态模型的建立及仿真软件的开发

摘    要:根据催化裂化反应动力学、物料衡算和能量衡算建立了催化裂化装置反应器-再生系统的五集总机理模型,并对所得的非线性集中模型进行参数估计和线性化处理。在此基础上,运用Visual C++ 6.0开发出此装置的动态模型计算软件。该软件界面直观,输入数据方便,并实现了与Excel报表的数据通讯,以曲线形式给出主要参数的变化趋势,为常规控制算法和先进控制算法的实施构建了1个较好的平台。

Abstract:Five-lumped mechanism of fluid catalytic cracking unit (FCCU) reaction-regeneration system was established based on the reaction kinetics of catalytic cracking, material balance and energy balance. The parameter estimation and linear processing of the obtained non-linear lumped model were carried out, upon which the dynamic model calculation software was finally developed by means of Visual C++ 6.0. The interface of the software which could communicate with the Microsoft Excel was visual with the convenient data input, giving the curves to the trends of main parameters, which offered a better platform for the implementation of conventional or advanced control algorithms.
