| 摘 要： | 密云水库现为中国华北地区库容最大的水库,主要担负着北京市及下游城市防汛与供水任务。探讨将"3S"技术应用于密云水库及其上游流域的水管理各项工作中,诸如水资源管理、防汛减灾、水污染突发事件处置以及水利工程监测等,有效提高相关工作的管理水平和效率,对水库及上游流域的管理工作给予越来越多的支持。

| Abstract: | The Miyun reservoir is the largest reservoir in storage capacity in North China and it is mainly responsible for urban flood control and water supply for the city of Beijing and small cities downstream.The application of 3S technologies in the Miyun reservoir and its upper watersheds will improve the management level and work efficiency in water resources management,flood control and drought relief,disposal of water pollution accidents,monitoring of water conservancy projects,etc.It will offer more help for the management of the Miyun reservoir and its upper watersheds with the rapid development of computer technologies and the extensive application of 3S technologies. |
