摘    要:大唐韩城发电厂4号锅炉中间贮仓式制粉系统排粉机叶轮磨损严重,通过分析比较,提出在原叶轮叶片上衬装耐磨陶瓷的方案。实施后,效果明显,大大延长了排粉机叶轮的使用寿命,节约了费用,同时也缩短了检修维护周期,减少了维护工作量。

Abstract:The blades of impeller in pulverized coal exhauster of the coal pulverizing system no.4 with intermediate bunker at Datang Hancheng Power Plant had been seriously worn-out.Through analysis and comparison,a scheme of using wear-resistant ceramics lined on the original blades of impeller had been put forward.After implementation,remarkable result has been obtained,lengthening greatly the service life of impeller in pulverized coal exhauster,saving expenses,at the same time,period of inspection and maintenence being also shortened,reducing the work amount of maintenance.
