某氧化铜矿碎磨和浸出工艺流程的设计研究

摘    要:针对刚果(金)某氧化铜矿的矿石性质和选矿试验研究结果,对选矿厂的碎磨工艺、浸出工艺、逆流洗涤工艺的选择进行了从技术、投资及成本等方面的比较,设计出了适合该矿的选矿工艺流程及设备选型。该项目投产后为开发刚果(金)类似矿山提供了可借鉴的经验。

Abstract:Based on ore characteristic and processing test result for a certain copper oxide mine in D.R.Congo,this paper make comparison on grinding process,leaching process and counter current washing process of the concentrator from the aspects of technology,investment and cost,and have finished the design of beneficiation process and its equipment selection which are suitable for this mine,which will provide referential experience for similar mine development in D.R.Congo after this project is put into operation.
