摘    要:针对某黄金冶炼厂产生的碎炭末、废水沉渣、废水处理塘泥等含炭复杂难选冶含金固体废弃物,进行了用焙烧—酸浸—氰化工艺处理该类物料的实验,结果表明,在以下工艺条件下,渣计金回收率可达99.4%左右,尾渣金品位小于10 g/t:焙烧温度600℃,焙烧时间1.5 h;室温下硫酸预处理1 h,硫酸浓度25%,液固比3∶1;氰化工序液固比3∶1,pH 10.5,氰化钠浓度3‰,氰化12 h。

Abstract:Focusing on gold-containing solid waste produced in gold smeltery such as carbon powder,waste slag and wastewater treatment pond mud etc,the experiment using the technology of roasting-acid leaching-cyanidation was carried out.The results indicate that the recovery rate of gold in slag is about 99.4% and the gold concentration in slag is less than 10 g/t under the following conditions: the roasting temperature is 600 ℃,the roasting time is 1.5 h,the pre-treatment time of acid is 1h under room temperature,the acid concentration is 25%,the ratio of liquid to solid is 3∶1,the ratio of liquid to solid in cyanidation process is 3∶1,the pH value is 10.5,the concentration of sodium cyanide is 3‰ and the cyanidation time is 12 h.
