直冷连铸工艺参数对超轻LA141合金板坯温度场的影响

摘    要:直冷连铸工艺中各铸造参数的互相匹配至关重要,通过有限差分方法,用Visual C++6.0建立了超轻LA141合金扁坯连铸过程中三维温度场的数学模型,讨论了各种工艺参数,如拉坯速度、冷却水流量、浇注温度等对凝固过程中板坯温度场的影响,在此基础上优化了超轻合金LA141合金扁坯直冷连铸工艺参数。结果表明:冷却水流量对液穴深度的影响较小,提高浇注温度和拉坯速度使液穴变深,出结晶器时凝固壳层厚度减小。优化后的工艺参数为浇注温度670~700℃,冷却水流量0.8~1.0 m3.h-1,拉坯速度1.0~1.25 mm.s-1。
