光电化学制氢

摘    要:主要介绍两类半导体光电化学制氢体系。一类是SiC体系,通过对KOH中的P-SiC和Na2SO3中的n-SiC两电极构形作电流-电压(I-V)研究表明,随着太阳光照射,有值得重视的光电流产生,这相当于水在各自的电极上分裂形成氢和氧。另一类是CdS体系,通过并入ZnS和Mo,在光照下,光电流增加,即获得了氢气释放的更大的电势。

Abstract:Two semiconductor photoeletrochemical systems for hydrogen production were introduced.One was SiC,in which photocurr ent generation was appreciable with illumination of the sunlight,corresponding t o water splitting to form hydroge n and oxygen at respective electrodes.The other was CdS system,in which photocur rent increased by mixing CdS with ZnS and Mo under illumination,to get m ore potential for hydrogen production.
