低碱度铜硫分离新工艺的工业应用

摘    要:低碱度铜硫分离新工艺在德兴铜矿大山选矿厂试验成功,并使后续硫浮选成为可能。详细介绍了低碱度铜硫分离新工艺的生产应用情况,说明了低碱度工艺比石灰高碱度工艺容易实现铜硫分离的技术特点;对生产应用中存在的问题和解决方法进行了分析讨论。

Abstract:The new technique has been tested successfully in Dashan Processing Plant,Dexing Copper Mine,so the sulphur flolation followed up is of possible realization. Applications of the new technique are dwelt on in this paper. The new technique can make more easily separation of chalcopyrite and pyrite than that in high basicity medium. Problems existed in practice and its resolvements are also analyzed and discussed.
