| 摘 要： | 在总结国内外研究现状的基础上，从个人素质及提高、教学工作及成果、研究及实践工作及成果三个方面分析高等职业院校教师绩效管理指标及其内涵，并建立了一种考核反馈机制，分析了教师绩效管理环节中经常出现的误差及相应的解决办法。

| Abstract: | On the basis of summarizing the researches at home and abroad, this paper, from three aspects of personal qualities and its improvement, teaching work and its achievements, research and practice and their achievements, analyzes the management index and connotation of vocational colleges teachers performance, and sets up an assessment and feedback mechanism, analyzes the error and so- lutions of the teacher performance management. |
