| 摘 要： | 从KYZ-B型浮选柱的工作原理出发,依据浮选柱浮选动力学的状态,详细分析了KYZ-B型浮选柱系统中主要组成部分——柱体、推泡器、给矿系统、气泡发生系统、液位控制系统、泡沫喷淋水系统等设计原理。依据以上理论设计了KYZ-B1065浮选柱,工业试验取得了较好指标。设计的KYZ-B0912和KYZ-B1212浮选柱在某选厂成功进行工业应用。

| Abstract: | According to the flotation kinetics situation inside the flotation column,beginning with the operation principles of KYZ-B flotation column,the article analyzed in detail the design principles of chief components in KYZ-B flotation column system: structure of cylinder,froth-pushing device,feeding system,air-bubble sparger system,level control system,forth spray water system,and etc.The KYZ-B1065 flotation column was designed and put on commercial test gaining good metallurgy,and then the KYZ-B0912 and KYZ-B1212 flotation column were succeeded in applying in one concentration plant. |
