马钢圆坯结晶器水口改型流场和温度场的数值模拟

摘    要:生产实践表明,直通式水口对钢水夹杂物上浮、结晶器液面钢水温度补偿,铸坯初生坯壳的形成等有一定的负面影响。利用CFX5.7.1数值模拟软件研究了采用原直通型水口和侧开孔型水口时结晶器内流场和温度场的分布情况,分析了不同流场和温度场对钢水夹杂物上浮、结晶器液面钢水温度补偿、结晶器液面波动以及对结晶器内初生坯壳的影响。结果表明,采用侧开孔型水口时结晶器内流场和温度场分布更为合理,直通型水口改为侧开孔水口可行。

Abstract:Production practice shows that straight-through nozzle has negative effect on inclusion floatation,temperature compensation at liquid level in the mold and the formation of initial shell.The flow field characteristic and temperature distribution in the mold with different type of nozzles are studied by using CFX5.7.1 software.The effect of different flow field and temperature field on inclusion floatation,temperature compensation,fluctuation of mold level and initial slab shell in the mold are also analyzed...
