摘    要:反向旋转的双转子系统已被相当一部分航空发动机采用,以利于减小高、低压转子陀螺力矩的影响,降低机匣负荷,提高飞机机动性能。本文分析了一种中介联接方式较特殊的反向旋转双转子结构,即其中介轴承外圈与低压转子联接,内圈与高压转子联接。针对这种结构,本文应用传递矩阵法,结合边界条件,提出了一种较为简便的改进方法,分析了反向旋转双转子结构前3阶临界转速特性和振型特点,研究了支承刚度对结构的前3阶临界转速的影响。此外,本文对不同支承刚度下双转子结构的1阶临界转速进行了试验研究,并与计算值进行了对比,吻合较好。

Abstract:The counter-rotating dual-rotor system is applied in some kinds of aeroengines.That dual-rotor system can decrease the influence of the gyroscopic moments created by high pressure rotor and low pressure rotor,reduce the torque of cases,and improve the flexibility of airplanes.An especial counter-rotating dual-rotor structure is analyzed,in which the low pressure rotor is mounted on the inter-shaft bearing's outer ring and the high pressure rotor is mounted on the inter-shaft bearing's inner ring.By using transfer matrix method and corresponding boundary conditions,a relative simple calculating method is given to study the dual-rotor above.Using this method,the first 3 critical speeds and mode shapes are analyzed,and the influences of supporter's rigidity to the first 3 critical speeds are studied.Furthermore,the experiments on the first critical speeds under different supporter's rigidities are accomplished,and the comparison results between the experimental data and calculating data are given.
