| 摘 要： | 针对本溪热轧厂引进的开卷装置在生产中出现的故障进行了工作过程的受力分析，通过现场实测及计算分析，探讨并解决了开卷装置的压紧机构上存在的问题。对开卷装置的设计、制造及维护人员有很好的参考价值。

| Abstract: | This article expounds the stress analysis of the work process which breakdown appeared when the shearing set introduced from Benxi Hot Rolling Factory is in the production, through the actual measurement and computation analysis, the problem existing on the compaction mechanism of the unwinding device has been discussed and been solved. It is the very good reference value for the design, manufacture and the maintenance of the unwinding device. |
