纳米二氧化钛光催化应用条件

摘    要:采用自制的纳米TiO2粉体作光催化剂,以甲基橙模拟有机污染物,研究了光照时间、催化剂用量、被降解物浓度、系统酸度等对其光催化性能的影响。结果表明:降解某一物质时,不同光催化剂,有一个降解速率最大的时间;在每一个降解的过程中催化剂有一个合适的用量;在弱酸性条件(pH=3),甲基橙降解效果比较好;被降解物的浓度选取合适,降解率最高。

Abstract:In this paper, the nano-TiO2 powder was used as photo-catalyst, and the metyl orange was used as organic pollutant, The affect of the time of illumination, the quantity of catalyst , the concentration of dispersed material and the acidity of the system on the photo-catalytic properties of nano-TiO2 powder were studied .The results show that the degrade speed reaches highest after 2h The degradation of 50 mL of 0.0060 g/mL methyl orange by 0.004 g of nano-TiO2 powder was fastest at pH=3. The lower the concentration of methyl orange, the higher the photo-catalytic degradation rate.
