基于循环统计量分析方法诊断轴承故障的研究

摘    要:通过分析旋转机械振动信号的特点,指出旋转机械的振动信号为循环平稳信号。通过对循环谱密度的特性分析,指出应用循环谱密度分析方法可以在循环频率域有效提取出滚动轴承的冲击故障频率。通过仿真信号验证了该分析方法的有效性,并将之应用于泵类滚动轴承的故障诊断中。

Abstract:The vibration signals of rotating equipment are considered as cyclostatinoary signals throuth analyzing the features of this kind of signals.B ased on the analytic method of cyclic specrum density, it is shown that the impact frequency could be extraced effectively with the help of scanning cyclic frequency domain.The validity of the method of cycilc spectrum density is proved by simulating signals and the method is applied to the diagnosis of rolling bearing.
