摘    要:针对现有建筑角度测量仪的测量精度低、显示不稳定,无法满足客观要求的现实难题,提出了一种基于角度传感器SCA61 T的新颖数字式建筑角度测量仪设计方案.分析了系统微扰和机械误差产生的主要原因,提出了利用平均中值滤波、标准角度标定和线性拟合进行误差补偿的新方法.仿真分析和实际应用表明,设计的建筑角度测量仪测量精度达到0.05°,显示精度达到0.01°,大大提高了测量角度的精度,大幅度的减小了误差,同时提高了角度测量值的显示稳定性,能够满足现代建筑领域的实际应用需求.

Abstract:As existing angle measuring instruments for building cannot fulfill the requirements in practice due to their low accuracy and instability, a novel design solution for angle measuring instrument is proposed in this paper which applies the digital angle sensor, SCA61T. By analyzing the cause of system perturbation and mechanical error in angle measuring, the method is designed by integrating the average median filtering, the calibration of standard point and the linear fitting to realize the compensation of the error. The results of simulation and practical application illustrate that the improved angle measuring instrument designed in this paper performs well in terms of the accuracy of angle measuring and working stability, and the accuracy of angle measuring and display research to 0.05 and 0.01, respectively. The approach greatly reduces the angle measuring error and meets the requirements of practices.
