摩托车磁流变阻尼器的设计研究

摘    要:磁流变液(Magnetorheological fuild)是一种新型的智能材料,属于可控流体,具有在外加磁场作用下快速可逆地改变流变性能的特点。本文选择剪切阀式作为本文阻尼器的工作模式,对磁流变阻尼器的磁路进行了设计;优化设计了磁流变阻尼器的结构参数,在此基础上,根据理论分析选择阻尼器的结构尺寸,设计制作了单出杆磁流变阻尼器。对本文设计的磁流变阻尼器的特性进行了实验研究,本文的研究结果对于磁流变阻尼器在摩托车悬挂系统中的应用具有较好的参考价值。

Abstract:Magnetorheological fuild(MRF) is a new type of smart material.It belongs to a controllable fluid.MRF have the feature of rapidly and reversibly change the rheological property for applied magnetic fields.In this paper,a shear-vavle model is chosen as working mode of the MR damper designed.the design of MR damper is divided into magnetic circuit reseach and geometric structure design.We optimize the parameters of the structure.According to the optimize data and theoretical analyses,the dimensions of the MR damper are properly chosen.And then a one-head MR damper is designed and manufactured.The properties of the MR damper are studied through experiment in this paper,the studies provide a significant value to the motorcycle suspension system based on MR dampers.
