| 摘 要： | 适时开展高校毕业生就业教育和指导工作，是高校教育教学工作的重要环节之一。笔强调端正择业就业观念应贯穿高校学生的全过程，高校的责任是培养学生确立适应市场需求的适用的就业计划，总之，有意义的和及时的就业指导在学生就业过程中占有越来越重要的地位。

| Abstract: | Prompt guidance in college graduates' job hunting,undoubtedly, is one of the most significant elements in higher education. Therefore,college students' education should be permeated with a correct attitude towards job hunting. It's the duty of colleges and universities to cutivate students to make pratical future profession plan ,which can meet the needs of the market.On the whole,instructive and prompt guidence plays an increasingly vital role in college graduates' job hunting. |
