| 摘 要： | 介绍了NG-220／9．8-M15型锅炉采用水平浓淡风煤粉燃烧器技术改造后锅炉的燃烧调整，并对运行中存在的问题提出相应的改造措施。改造后燃烧器实现了50％负荷长期无油运行，锅炉没有发生结渣等现象。希望对燃用烟煤的锅炉运行和改造具有一定参考作用。

| Abstract: | The combustion optimization for a type of 220t/h boiler after retrofit by using horizontal bias combustion (HBC) technology is discussed in this paper, together with some relevant modification measures of solving the existing problems in boiler operation. The boiler is able to run stably at 50% of fun bad without oil support after burners were retrofitted and there is no slagging problem in the furnace. The paper is of a good reference to the operation and retrofit of other boilers burning pulverized bituminous coal |
