PU/OMMT纳米复合材料的制备与性能研究

摘    要:采用单体插层聚合方法制备聚氨酯(PU)/有机蒙脱土(OMMT)纳米复合材料,并对其结构和性能进行分析。结果表明,经双羟乙基十二烷基三甲基氯化铵改性得到的OMMT(DK2)层间距较大;DK2质量分数为0.03时,PU/OMMT纳米复合材料中OMMT剥离程度较大,PU的插层效果较好,复合材料的物理性能和热稳定性能优良。

Abstract:The PU/organo-montmorillonite(OMMT) nano-composites were prepared by monomer intercalating polymerization,and their structures and properties were investigated.The results showed that the distance between layers of OMMT(DK2) modified by bis-hydroxyethyl dodecyl trimethyl ammonium chloride was larger;and when 3% DK2 by mass was used,the OMMT in PU/OMMT nano-composite was more completely exfoliated,the PU was more effectively intercalated into OMMT,and a nano-composite with excellent physical properties and thermal stability was obtained.
