胀紧度对管子与管板胀接强度影响的试验研究

摘    要:采用按三角形排列的7管孔试件,进行了胀紧程度对换热器液压胀接和机械胀接接头连接强度影响的试验研究。分别以胀接压力,管子内径增大率表征液压胀接和机械胀接的胀接程度,考虑了管板开槽数目的影响,给出了胀接程度和开槽尺寸及数目选取的参考数据。

Abstract:The effect of expanding degree on the connection strength of hydraulically expanded and mechanically expanded tube - to - tubesheet joints of heat exchangers was investigated by experiments based on the specimens with seven triangularly arranged holes perforated in tubesheets. The expanding degree for hydraulically expanded and mechanically expanded tube- to- tubesheet joints was indicated by expanding pressure and tube inner diameter increment rate, respectively. In this study, the number of grooves for grooved - hole joints was taken into account. The reference to select expanding degree and groove for grooved - hole joints was given.
