摘    要:在超高压远距离输电系统中采用串联电容补偿后,在某种运行方式或补偿度的情况下,会发生电力系统的次同步谐振(SSR)现象。柔性交流输电技术在电力系统中有着广阔的应用前景,是近年来电力系统研究的前沿课题之一。而静止同步无功补偿器(STATCOM)是FACTS家族的重要成员,是并联型补偿装置的代表。采用扫频-复转矩法分析系统的次同步谐振,摒弃传统的PID控制策略,设计多目标控制算法实现对STATCOM装置的系统级控制,使其在进行无功补偿的同时可以阻尼电力系统次同步谐振现象,这就显得既有理论又有现实意义。

Abstract:After the series capacitor compensation is used in the extra-high voltage long distance transmission system, in a certain operation mode or compensation degree, sub-synchronous resonance (SSR) will occur. And Flexible AC Transmission System (FACTS) will be widely used in power system, it is one of the burgeoning subject of power system in recent years. Static Synchronous Compensator (STATCOM) is the important elements of FACTS family. It is the typical representation of parallel compensation equipment. This paper analyses SSR damping characteristics with STATCOM by frequency scanning-complex torque coefficient,abandons the traditional PID control strategy, and presents STATCOM installment system-level control with designing the multi-objective control algorithm. It focuses on reactive power compensating and damps the SSR, which has comparatively large theory meaning and practicability value.
