摘    要:根据挤-拉-吹输液瓶专用树脂的要求,确定了产品的技术指标及工艺条件,开发了PP输液瓶专用树脂B4901。B4901的乙烯含量控制合理,产品具有适当的刚性和韧性并有较好的透明性,杂质含量少,符合医用树脂的使用要求;树脂的相对分子质量大,分布宽,较好地满足了挤-拉-吹成型工艺的要求。

Abstract:A kind of polypropylene PP resin B4901 was developed under the technological conditions and technical index determined in accordance with the requirements of the speciality resin for transfusion bottle. The bottle should be generally fabricated in a process consisting of extrusion, stretch and blow procedures. The rational control of ethylene content in B4901 endued the products of the speciality resin with proper rigidity, flexibility and transparency. B4901 could conform to the specifications of the resin for medical use due to its extremely low impurity content. The high relative molecular mass and its wide distribution of the speciality resin favourably met the demand of the process involving extrusion, stretch and blow procedures.
