摘    要:分析基本模糊控制器的量化因子和比例因子对系统性能的影响,给出参数在线调整的思想,它能根据控制效果,自校正控制参数,优化控制规则,并将其应用于电解铜的实际系统中。实际运行结果表明,这种控制方法能够满足控制要求,达到节能降耗的目的。

Abstract:The paper analyzes the effects of quantitative factor and proportional factor of basic fuzzy controller on the system performance. The author gives the ideas of adjustment on line which can adjust the parameters and optimize control rules according to the effect of control. It has been successfully applied to copper electrolysis process. The running shows that it meets the control demands, saves energy and reduces consumption.
