基于有限元的龙门式设备立柱优化设计

摘    要:随着大型构件加工需求的增长,龙门式加工设备的应用也越来越广泛。研究了常见的龙门式设备凹形截面立柱的惯性矩特性,分析了凹口尺寸对惯性矩的影响。采用有限元分析软件ANSYS协同仿真环境Workbench对龙门式设备的凹形截面立柱进行有限元比较分析计算,研究其静、动态特性,并选取了最优立柱凹口截面参数。

Abstract:The application of the gantry type machine become broader along with the increasing requirement of machining large parts. An analysis has been made on the moment of inertia of the familiar '凹' figure cross-section of the column. The infection of the figure dimension to the moment of inertia has also been made. In order to analyze its static and dynamic performance,an analysis has been made on the '凹' figure column structure of a gantry type machine with ANSYS-Workbench software and the best cross-section parameter has been chosen.
