| Abstract: | The preparation technique of nanometre sized SiO 2 powder through LICVD method is studied theoretically.The relation of the technique parameters and the characteristics of the nanometre sized SiO 2 powder is discussed.The nanometre sized SiO 2 powder is gained successfully. |
